At the first CHEF session, there was a vigorous brainstorm. Its results are below.
-- Chocolate souffle and wine
-- Blind taste test of desserts
-- West Indian food
-- Food awareness: What food is worth eating and why
-- Classes, maybe including baking
-- Southeast Asian food, particularly Vietnamese or Thai food
-- Comfort food, yum!
-- Waffles and Savory Ginger Polenta with Corn and Whole Wheat (wtf.)
-- Ready, Set, Cook!: Teams get $10 to buy ingredients for the other team to cook
-- Koozy Dinner: Things that go well with beer in a portable handheld cooler
-- Mediterranean or Greek Food
-- Vegetarian meals, with tofu!
A reminder: each CHEF session will be like a little bit of school. So, for any event, the lead will need to come up with a cute name like: Cooking 202: Adventures in Braising or Sensory Psychology 305: What is that Burnt Taste in my Mouth?
Comments are open, what should the next one be?

Hey all, I will have to think about what session I can lead, but I am happy to host at my apartment sometime...
